Office visits are by appointment only upon request by a referring physician. The length of an office visit varies by visit type and location. If you anticipate your visit will require extra time, or if you have multiple problems that may require a longer visit, please inform the scheduling staff ahead of time so we can better serve your needs and decrease waiting time for yourself and other patients.
Hours of Operation
Office hours and days of operation vary by location. Our satellite offices are open each Tuesday of the week and staffed with a provider who performs office visits as well as endoscopic procedures at either Spruce Pine Hospital or McDowell Hospital. Please call our Biltmore office at (828) 254-0881, our Hendersonville office at 828-696-3099, or our Brevard office at (828) 883-9600 to discuss your appointment request.
Choose a location that is convenient for you. Please note that your initial appointment may require a referral from your physician.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To reduce wait time, you are offered the opportunity to complete your patient forms prior to arriving for your scheduled appointment. These documents can be found in the Patient Forms section of Patient Resources. This gives you time to read and understand what is being asked and to collect any information that you may not have with you at your office visit. Once complete simply click on the submit button. This information must be received at least one business day prior to your visit.
New patients will be asked to arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to their appointment, depending on location of the visit, to complete any pre-appointment documents we have not already received. Established patients will be asked to arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to their appointment, depending on location of the visit, to fill out interval medical history and insurance forms. Patients who arrive late for their appointment may be rescheduled to another day or time to prevent delays for patients who arrive on time.
