Dear patients,

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that I will be leaving Digestive Health Partners to begin a new role as an inpatient diabetes provider at the hospital. My last day will be Friday, August 29, 2025. This new path will allow me more time with my family, something I deeply value. While I am excited for this next chapter, it is also incredibly difficult to say goodbye to so many of you with whom I’ve shared longstanding and meaningful relationships over the past 16 years.

I want to sincerely thank you for the trust you have placed in me throughout the years. It has truly been an honor and a privilege to be involved in your care.

Please know that you will continue to be in excellent hands with the dedicated and highly qualified providers at Digestive Health Partners. There is no need to contact the office regarding upcoming appointments with me, as they will be seamlessly transferred to one of my colleagues. I wish each of you continued health and all the very best life has to offer.
